Australia v Lions: Warren Gatland blames 'critical turnovers'

British and Irish Lions coach Warren Gatland blames "critical turnovers" for his side's 16-15 defeat by Australia, in the second Test.

The defeat means the series is tied at 1-1, but captain Sam Warburton says the atmosphere is "not doom and gloom" as the Lions prepare for the decisive third Test in Sydney next Saturday.

Warburton "will know by Monday" the severity of the hamstring injury that forced him off the pitch, and admits it's "always hard" to watch from the sidelines.
