Will Marland Yarde be England's new star?
Tipped to be picked by England for November's game against Australia, Marlon Yarde tells BBC Sport's Tom Fordyce he is ready for the challenge.
Yarde has only been playing rugby for seven years. The 21-year-old London Irish wing made his professional bow only three years ago and watched last year's autumn Tests from the stands at Twickenham before winning his first cap on this summer's tour of Argentina, where he scored two tries on his Test debut.
The winger admits he is "by no means the finished article" but says he is willing to work hard and learn quickly.
