Stuart Lancaster: We will finish Six Nations on a high

England head coach Stuart Lancaster urges his team to finish the Six Nations with a positive performance.

Lancaster, who was appointed as England head coach in March 2012, says his squad are "making good progress" but have a "long way to go" until they are one of the world's best teams.

Lancaster's men must beat Italy in Rome on Saturday. If France then beat Ireland, the Six Nations title should be England's.
