Coach Joe Schmidt on Ireland's centre options
Ireland coach Joe Schmidt says Ulster's Jared Payne and Robbie Henshaw of Connacht will go head-to-head in competing for the outside centre's berth for the November internationals.
The number 13 shirt is up for grabs after the retirement of Brian O'Driscoll and Schmidt stressed other players were also on his radar in the longer term.
Ireland play South Africa, Georgia and Australia at the Aviva Stadium in November.
