Rugby World Cup 2015: England unchanged v Fiji - Stuart Lancaster

England head coach Stuart Lancaster says he will field an unchanged starting XV for Friday's opening match of the World Cup against Fiji (20:00 BST).

Lancaster, who says his squad are "excited" and "ready to go", singles out scrum-half Ben Youngs for individual praise ahead of his 50th cap appearance.

Bath hooker Rob Webber comes into the replacements alongside ex-rugby league star Sam Burgess.
