Rugby World Cup 2015: 'England united after Wales loss'

England coach Stuart Lancaster says England must stay "united" for this weekend's crucial World Cup game against Australia.

The hosts squandered a 10-point lead Wales beat them 28-25 at Twickenham on Saturday, and another loss against the Wallabies could all but end their hopes of qualifying from Pool A.

The decision to go for touch in the final minutes instead of attempting a penalty kick which could have secured a draw has also been questioned, but Lancaster says he will not "hang any of the players out to dry".
