Nick Williams playing 'fun' rugby again with Ulster

Ulster back-row forward Nick Williams says he is enjoying rugby again after his difficulties last season.

The number eight picked up an eight-week suspension after being cited for a dangerous tackle on Cardiff Blues' Rhys Patchell last March but compared his positive displays in this campaign to playing 'back yard' rugby.

Williams, who will join Cardiff at the end of the season, has confidence Ulster's young players can fill the gap left by the Ireland internationals during a critical run of Pro12 games this spring, which starts away to Treviso on Saturday.
