Pro12 highlights from Scrum V: Dragons 23-13 Leinster

Jason Tovey scored 18 points, including a try, as Newport Gwent Dragons saw off Leinster in grim conditions at Rodney Parade in the Pro12.

Wing Ashton Hewitt also went over for the hosts while Luke McGrath touched down for the Irish province.

In the process Leinster missed the chance to take over at the top of the table.
