Ugo Monye explains why Leicester Tigers' Premiership semi-final "matters so much" to captain Tom Youngs.

The hooker recently learned that his wife is terminally ill but has continued to play rugby.

Monye said: "These could be the last few moments that his wife gets to see him play rugby and he wants to share that with his brother who’s made the sacrifice of not going on tour with the Lions.

"He’s been so selfless over the last couple of months - he’s known this, he’s known this for a good little while, we just heard about."

Tom's brother Ben withdrew from Warren Gatland's Lions squad after he heard the news.
