New head coach Dai Flanagan says Dean Ryan remains in charge of rugby at Dragons and he is excited by what lies ahead.
"He'll make sure I'm doing things correctly," Flanagan says of Ryan.
Flanagan has joined Dragons from Welsh rivals Scarlets.
