Sam Costelow: Wales fly-half strives to improve after first Test start in win over England

Wales fly-half Sam Costelow says he has the mindset to continue to improve every day after making his first start for his country in a 20-9 win over England.

Costelow says his performance was "not perfect" but he will continue to work with kicking coach Neil Jenkins as the Scarlets number 10 battles for a World Cup place.
