Welsh rugby: Cardiff boss Matt Sherratt urges joint effort to keep talent in Wales
Cardiff head coach Matt Sherratt says the Welsh regions and the Welsh Rugby Union must work in unison to ensure young talent remains in Wales.
Following budget cuts, a number of players - including promising youngsters - left the regions last summer to ply their trade outside Wales.
Sherratt says Welsh rugby needs to prioritise keeping young players at the regions long-term, so they do not become breeding grounds for teams outside of Wales.
