Ben Ainslie says his knighthood is a 'proud moment'

Four-time Olympic gold medallist Ben Ainslie has been awarded a knighthood in the Queen's New Year Honours list.

Ainslie, who won silver in Atlanta 1996, went on to earn four gold medals in subsequent Games, becoming the world's most successful Olympic sailor.

He will not bid for a fifth Olympic gold medal at the 2016 Rio Games, though, and will instead focus on the Americas Cup.
