Double Olympic champion Rebecca Adlington swims her quickest 800m freestyle time since last year's world championships on her way to winning the event at the national trials.

Adlington, 22, clocked a time of eight minutes and 18:54 seconds to secure qualification for London 2012 and will be joined by 19-year-old Eleanor Faulkner after she finished second.
