Michael Rock qualifies for Olympics with 100m butterfly win

Commonwealth silver medallist Michael Rock, who missed out on qualification in the 200m butterfly, wins the men's 100m butterfly at the national trials to secure a place at the Olympics.

Rock admitted it has been an "up and down few days" and said a good night's sleep had helped him ahead of the race.
