Hannah Miley 'chuffed' to win World Championship gold

Britain's Hannah Miley says she is "really chuffed" after winning gold in the 400m individual medley at the World Short Course Championships in Istanbul.

Coming off a disappointing Olympics when she finished outside the medals, Miley put in a much-improved performance to beat China's double Olympic champion Ye Shiwen and claim gold.

Miley admits to BBC Sport's Nick Hope that she was "hanging on for dear life" but believes this highlights how strong British swimming can be.
