Juan Martin del Potro completes a remarkable recovery after suffering a knee injury in the very first game of his Wimbledon quarter-final against David Ferrer.

The Argentine fell heavily on his strapped left knee during the fifth point of the match, but reached the last four at SW19 for the first time, sealing a 6-2 6-4 7-6 (7-5) with a sensational final point.
