Wimbledon 2013: Del Potro shakes off injury to beat Ferrer

Juan Martin del Potro goes through to the Wimbledon semi-finals by beating David Ferrer, despite suffering a knee injury in the very first game of the match.

The Argentine fell heavily on his strapped left knee during the fifth point of the game, but recovered to prevail 6-2 6-4 7-6 (7-5) to reach the last four for the first time.
