World Triathlon Series: Alistair Brownlee eyes Commonwealth gold

Alistair Brownlee says he is prioritising Commonwealth gold over the World Championship in 2014 as he has "won two of them already".

But the 2009, external and 2011 Triathlon World Series champion says he will still give the world title "a good shot" when he returns to action this weekend in Yokohama following an injury-hit six months.

Reigning world champion Javier Gomez of Spain has won both of the opening races of the season ahead of 26-year-old Alistair's brother Jonny Brownlee.
