Challenge Christian: Kicked, thrown and grappled by Non Evans

To mark International Women's day, Sport Wales sent Christian Malcolm to take on someone who has competed in not one, but five international sports!

Non Evans has competed for Wales in rugby, weightlifting, powerlifting, judo and wrestling.
