Harry Cromwell is a 34-year-old fisherman from Pembrokeshire with four daughters under the age of nine.

He is also attempting to become Wales' first ever Olympic surfer.

He will compete at the World Surfing Games in El Salvador this weekend, where the final spots for the sport's Olympic debut in Tokyo this summer are up for grabs.
