There's barely time to breathe here as the runs keep coming.
Brice Turang is on the board with a solo home run to left field and the Brewers cut the deficit to one.
A triple from George Springer and the Blue Jays have another run at the bottom of the second!
Springer's line drive came off the wall in centre field and it was enough for Myles Straw to make it home from first after he was walked by Brandon Woodruff.
Springer is left stranded at third but the Blue Jays lead 4-2 after two innings.
More defensive woe for the Brewers and the Blue Jays lead!
Ernie Clement knocks a ball into the air but manages to land it between three Brewers outfielders and it's enough to bring home Lukes.
The Blue Jays lead it 3-2 and the runs are flowing in Toronto.
A nightmare for the Brewers as two players go for second base on a makeable double play and neither is able to make the out, leaving two players in scoring position.
Nathan Lukes makes them pay with a double to bring home Vladimir Guerrero Jr. and George Springer. The Blue Jays level it up immediately!
Scherzer strikes out Andrew Vaughn to end the inning but he gave away three hits in that opener and the Brewers took full advantage.
The Brewers strike in the first inning and take a 2-0 lead.
William Contreras launches his 17th home run of the season over to left field.
Jackson Chourio scores from second base and the Brewers have the start they wanted.
Here we go. Max Scherzer on the mound for the Blue Jays and Brice Turang at bat for the Brewers. We are underway.
The sun is shining and that means the roof is open at the Rogers Centre, allowing for spectacular views of the 553 metre-tall CN Tower.
The Rogers Centre is about as downtown as any MLB stadium, sitting right in the heart of Toronto. What a place to play baseball!

And welcome to more Sunday Night Baseball as the Blue Jays host the Milwaukee Brewers at the Rogers Centre.
The National League-leading Brewers are looking to sweep the Blue Jays after winning 7-2 and 4-1 against them earlier this weekend.
Until the Brewers came to town, the Blue Jays had the best record in the American League so these are two teams with real potential as the post-season run-in gains momentum.
Venue: Rogers Centre, Toronto, Canada
Date: Sunday, 31 August
Coverage starts: 18.30 BST on iPlayer, BBC Sport website and app
Christian Yelich and Bryce Turang of the Milwaukee Brewers
This weekend's series will see the two best sides in baseball clash as the Milwaukee Brewers (National League leaders) travel north of the border to take on the Toronto Blue Jays (American League leaders).
The Brewers' extraordinary season means they enter the series with a record of 83 wins to 51 losses - the best of any team in Major League Baseball.
They have won more games than any other team both at home and away, with one in every eight of their victories this season coming with walk-off runs to end the game.
George Springer of the Toronto Blue Jays
The Blue Jays record of 78 wins to 56 losses makes them the best team in the American League and gives them a useful advantage over the Boston Red Sox and the New York Yankees in the East Division.
With less than a month left of the regular season, both sides are in the perfect place not only to finish as the best in their league but also to make a strong fist of the post-season.

Shohei Ohtani grins after high five with heckler
As Los Angeles Dodgers star Shohei Ohtani celebrated his 45th home run of the season on the baseball field on Sunday, he made a quick pit-stop: jogging right up to a spectator who had been heckling him all afternoon.
On his way back to the Dodgers' dugout during the ninth inning of the game against the San Diego Padres, Ohtani held out his hand to a Padres fan, high-fiving his heckler and patting him on the back.
