  2. Yankees and Blue Jays schedulepublished at 21:20 BST 7 September

So a series win for the Yankees and as we move ever-closer to the end of the regular season worth noting that this is what the Yankees have left.

As end-of-season run-ins go that doesn't look too bad at all. Tough games against the Red Sox and Tigers but once they're through that they have a lot of winnable games.

That said, defeat today doesn't make the Blue Jays a bad team. They have a very important series against the Astros coming up this week before facing the Orioles, Rays, Royals, Red Sox and then the Rays again.

    HUGE out for the Yankees.

Ty France grounds it to Ryan McMahon who makes a good play on the run to get him out at first.

That was far from confident from Devin Williams but he got the job done and the Yankees keep their 4-3 lead.

A nervous start for Williams as he gives up a single to the pinch hitter Addison Barger, who then steals second to make it into scoring position.

Williams recovers well to strike out Vladimir Guerrero and get Alejandro Kirk out at first but then he walks Ernie Clement.

Two men on and two out for the Blue Jays. This could be where the game is won and lost.
