Eubank v Benn - who won each round of grudge match?

Chris Eubank Jr beat Conor Benn by unanimous decision to settle their grudge match at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Despite no title being on the line, the fight - which took place 35 years after legendary fathers first fought - garnered huge attention and delivered on the hype.

It was all action from the first bell and swung back-and-forth, with Benn starting strongly before Eubank, 35, wrestled back control.

Neither man was able to land a fight-ending blow.

Ultimately, all three judges scored it 116-112 in favour of Eubank, who has spent most of his career in the weight class, while Benn was stepping up two divisions.

The three judges at ringside were Englishmen Lee Every, Kieran McCann and Mark Bates.

After the fight, the scorecards revealed they were split on five occasions - the second, seventh, eighth, ninth and 10th round.

All the judges gave Eubank the opening round, fourth, fifth, sixth, 11th and 12th, while they were unanimous on Benn taking just the third.

None of those at ringside scored a round evenly or beyond the 10-9 margin, which would usually only be exceeded because of a knockdown.

Matchroom's Eddie Hearn, who promotes 28-year-old Benn, said he did not see "Eubank winning that fight by four rounds" although he did say he had "unbelievable respect" for both fighters.

The bout was set at a middleweight limit of 11st 6lb (160lbs), though Eubank weighed in 0.05lb over that on Friday.
