At 35, Anto Cacace achieved a career-long ambition when he won the IBF super-featherweight world title in May.

A heavy underdog going into the fight, the Belfast fighter knocked down the previously undefeated Joe Cordina in the third round before the referee waved off the fight in the eighth.

"I am in shock, no-one gave me a chance to do this," an emotional Cacace said in the ring after the bout.

That win came on the undercard of Oleksandr Usyk's win over Tyson Fury - and his first defence will be supporting another huge heavyweight fight.

    Anthony Cacace on Josh Warrington:

Cacace: "To be sharing the ring with Josh, he’s a real warrior, it’s a real fan friendly fight and one for the fans."

Cacace is then asked where his belts are before admitting he forgot to bring them to the press conference.

Warrington: "It seems to be when my back’s against the wall I pull the best performances out.

"I want to be in exciting fights, every fight I have is a fight of the year contender, everyone wants to see two fighters going at it and bringing their all and that's what you'll see."

New World Champion Anthony Cacace targets 'all the belts'

When Anto Cacace landed home in Belfast after his shock IBF super-featherweight world title win in Saudi Araba over Joe Cordina, he said he wanted "all the belts."

"If I can win this one, I can win them all."

Instead of a unification fight as a first defence, we'll see the 35-year-old share the ring with two-time world featherweight champion Josh Warrington.

And just for your reference, the current other title holders at 130lbs are Emanuel Navarrete (WBO), O'Shaquie Foster (WBC) and Lamont Roach (WBA), with Roach defending his belt against another boxer from Northern Ireland - Feargal McCrory - in Washington on Friday night.

  5. Always wanted to fight on AJ card - Smithpublished at 16:13 British Summer Time 26 June

Liam Smith says he's always wanted to fight on an Anthony Joshua card, before his light-middleweight fight against Josh Kelly.

Smith: "Obviously it’s a great fight on a huge card, I've always said I wanted to fight on an Anthony Joshua card at Tottenham or Wembley and it’s mad I get the chance to do it.

"Once I knew it was signed and sealed, my focus has been on Josh Kelly, I’m confident of winning."

Joshua Buatsi and Willy Hutchinson are talking before their WBO interim light-heavyweight title.

Hutchinson: "Listen I’m always bundling with confidence, I’m grateful for everything. A massive card I’m on, and I’m ready to get the job done and move onto the next one. Look at the people, I never thought I’d be among these on a table like this.

"I think he’s very similar to Craig Richards, he’s similar, if not the same as the man I just beat so I’m very confident of getting the job done."

Buatsi: “It’s not the person I thought I was going to fight but it’s the person who’s trying to beat me so the mindset is the same."

There is no such thing as promoter rivalry in the United Kingdom anymore. After Eddie Hearn and Frank Warren buried the hatchet, Boxxer promoter Ben Shalom and Hearn met at the weekend for the first time and I just saw them share a very friendly handshake here in Wembley.

"This is probably the most stacked card in British boxing history, certainly in my lifetime. Where better to do it at the national stadium, Wembley?"

They’ve even got Michael Buffer over to introduce Anthony Joshua and Daniel Dubois.

Dubois is introduced as the champion confirming his promotion to IBF title holder. A quick double punch of the air before he sits next to Frank Warren.

It’s a busy old stage with the respective heads of each promotion taking their seats along with each fighter on the card.

Champions and ex-title holders everywhere you look, including Josh Warrington, Liam Smith and more.

Daniel Dubois and Anthony Joshua are last to the stage…

I've seen both Anthony Joshua and Daniel Dubois backstage. AJ seems relaxed. He said being on the big stage just "feels normal" to him. Dubois has been a quiet character in the past but he seems to have found his voice in recent months and has come out of his shell.

Having said that, I'm not expecting neither man to push, shove and insult. Trash talk isn't natural for Dubois and Joshua rarely engages.

Here's the full undercard too, in no particular order, which will support Daniel Dubois and Anthony Joshua's clash for the IBF heavyweight title on 21 September at Wembley Stadium in London:

Joshua Buatsi v Willy Hutchinson - WBO interim light-heavyweight title

The chaotic nature of boxing was in full force yesterday.

This news conference has been in the planning for weeks but we were still waiting for official confirmation as I set off to from the north to Wembley yesterday afternoon.

The official invites were only sent out at 19:20 BST, just as I was gearing myself up for last night’s Euros action. I presume organisers were trying to get Usyk vacating the title over the line.

Then a few hours later we got word from the Ukrainian himself who – in true Usyk fashion – posted a video saying his IBF title was a “present” for the British pair.

There are have been a few pictures circulating on social media of Anthony Joshua and Daniel Dubois facing off underneath the Wembley arch, so we're pretty confident they are fighting each other.

It's not often AJ would be considered the elder statesman in a fight, but that will be the case against 26-year-old Dubois.

The two-time heavyweight champion doesn't seem bothered though.

Can AJ become three-time?published at 15:29 British Summer Time 26 June

Anthony Joshua could become a three-time heavyweight world champion if he beats Daniel Dubois.

It would be quite the feat, even more so for a fighter many had written off after successive defeats to Oleksandr Usyk.

But you can't keep a man like AJ down for long.

Question time, can you name any other three-time heavyweight world champions?
