Ford v Ball
A reminder that both men went into this fight unbeaten. Almost certainly, one of those records comes to an end this evening.

Ford v Ball
A reminder that both men went into this fight unbeaten. Almost certainly, one of those records comes to an end this evening.
Ford v Ball
Plenty of power, speed and intent shown from both men early into this fight.
Ball came out early in the opener but Ford just bided his time and allowed himself to grow into it.
No major blows just yet from either man, but a entertaining first round that should set a good tone for the fight.

Here is a useless bit of information - Nick Ball once told me his favourite cuisine is Italian and his meal of choice is a penne arrabiata.
Ford v Ball
After the final introductions from the referee, we are ready to go.
Ford v Ball
Both Nick Ball and Raymond Ford enter the ring very focussed, no elaborate entrances in terms of their personas.
It's hard not to pay attention to Ford's gown on arrival. Imagine a purple gown with a fluffy hood and glass-looking panels all over it.
An interesting combination, but one that Ford hopes will help his preparations as he looks to retain his WBA featherweight world title.
After not getting over the line in his last title fight, Ball will look to get the job done tonight.
Ford v Ball
Two undefeated fighters face off in tonight's WBA featherweight world title bout between Nick Ball and Raymond Ford.
Ball's last fight saw him draw with Rey Vargas in a title fight but many deemed Ball as the better boxer on the night.
That performance has given him a second crack of the whip, this time against Ford, who became world champion in March when beating Otabek Kholmatov.
Kholmatov had been leading the judges scores going into the final round, where Ford shocked with a surprise knockout and the fight was called seven seconds from time.
Big shout Mike! Love the confidence.
Ford v Ball
Nick Ball speaking to DAZN ahead of facing Raymond Ford on his world title hopes: "Definitely, not long now, can't wait.
Plan for the build-up and the fight itself?: "Just staying focussed until I get in the ring, staying focussed in the ring and getting the job done.
On the chance to get points for Queensberry: "It would mean a lot because I wouldn't be here without them and their support."

Mike Hughes: "Queensberry to do a clean sweep tonight! Dubois to keep the momentum going."
As much as we like to think boxing is all about the fighters, the promoters have a big role to play and tonight we see two of the biggest in the sport go head-to-head.
Matchroom's Eddie Hearn and Queensberry boss Frank Warren have had a long-running rivalry that dates back to the 1980s, when Hearn's father Barry was at the helm for Matchroom,
Barry has since handed the reins over to his son and Eddie has taken the promotion from strength-to-strength - somewhat to the frustration of Warren.
It wasn't until 15 November 2023 that Hearn and Warren came face-to-face for the first time in a tiny Wembley Arena dressing room.
They were brought together by the super-rich Saudi Arabia organisers to work on a card headlined by heavyweight Anthony Joshua in December.
"When you go 12 or 13 years without meeting or talking, you never think it's coming but it's one of the best things we've ever done in all honesty," Hearn tells BBC Sport while sitting beside Warren.
"It was like 'forget the past, we've got to do this for the good of our companies, for the good of our fighters, the sport'."

So now you know how the points system works and how the teams have be compiled for tonight's event, let's hear your predictions.
Are you team Queensberry or team Matchroom?
Willy Hutchinson getting Queensberry on the board with a unanimous decision victory.
Will Nick Ball keep that momentum going? Or can Raymond Ford strike back for Matchroom?
How do you see the rest of the night panning out? Is it going to be a clean sweep? That would be embarrassing!
Are the captain's - Hamzah Sheeraz and Deontay Wilder - going to have a big say on the final outcome?

Hutchinson beats Richards by unanimous decision
Frank Warren speaking to DAZN following victory for Willy Hutchinson: "It was a good fight, a very competitive fight. I take my hat off to Craig, it was a good fight. Eddie [Hearn] and I thought it would be a very competitive fight. He worked with the speed with the fight and I'm delighted to get the first point on the night.
On Hutchinson: "He's definitely got a bit more work to do but he is capable. He's got desire, a little bit of tweaking and he's got the world at his hands."
On Nick Ball v Raymond Ford: "I've got good confidence in Nick, they are without a doubt the two best featherweights out there."
Hutchinson beats Richards by unanimous decision
Willy Hutchinson speaking to DAZN after beating Craig Richards: "This is boxing, everything is dicey, the training is dicey, the fighting is dicey, the diet is dicey. Craig Richards is a hell of a fighter. I'm 25, what haven't I got going for me? I'm handsome and got everything going for me.
"Look at me, look at the fight. No disrespect, I'm young, hungry and got everything going for me. I've got my second belt and I'm ready to take over the world.
"It was a very tough fight, fair play to Richards but it is a win, move on.
"I've been through something, if people heard my story. I'm very grateful for my team, they are not coaches they are like family to me. I think Frank Warren for not losing faith in me when everyone else did."

That 10th and 11th rounds between Willy Hutchinson and Craig Richards were sensational. Both men traded huge hits. Eddie Hearn was out of his seat and Frank Warren was banging on the canvas in between rounds.
Hutchinson beats Richards by unanimous decision
We've just had the first fight of the night with Willy Hutchinson earning a unanimous decision victory against Craig Richards.
That means Queensberry are leading Matchroom 1-0.
We've got reaction from Scotland's Hutchinson on the way.
As I mentioned earlier, this isn't just your normal run of the mill type card.
In January, it was announced that Queensberry chief Frank Warren and Matchroom rival Eddie Hearn had agreed to pit their promotions against each other.
Fighters will, of course, be looking to secure a win for their own personal benefit to further their career and in some cases leave Riyadh with a world title wrapped around their waist.
But there's also a team element to the night.
If a fighters wins by decision they earn a point for their team, while victory by stoppage is rewarded with two points.
On top of that, each promotion has a team captain - Hamzah Sheeraz leads Queensberry and it's Deontay Wilder who is top dog for Matchroom.
Any points picked up by either of those two fighters will be doubled.
So that means, a maximum of 12 points on offer for both teams.
All make sense?
I'll keep you across the scoring as the night goes on.
We've got something a little different in store tonight with a five v five card... It's Matchroom v Queensberry... Eddie Hearn v Frank Warren.
You might not be too interested in the rivalry between the promoters, and that's OK, but we are being treated to a stacked card.
As has often been the case since we started seeing fights regularly scheduled in Saudi Arabia, it's headlined by the heavyweights.
Deontay Wilder and Zhilei Zhang have been given top billing with Briton Daniel Dubois facing Filip Hrgovic in a IBF 'interim' heavyweight title bout.
Liverpool's Nick Ball is also in action as he goes up against WBA featherweight champion Raymond Ford.
Ilford's Hamza Sheeraz takes on Austin Williams in a middleweight contest, while there's an all-British light-heavyweight fight when Scotland's Willy Hutchinson meets England's Craig Richards.
Nestled nicely among all of that is a light-heavyweight title fight when WBA champion Dmitry Bivol defends against Malik Zinad.
Let's go!
