Parker v Wardley
I'm sure a certain undisputed champion, Oleksandr Usyk will be casting a keen eye on this fight tonight, with the winner potentially his next opponent.
After his win over Daniel Dubois in July, the first thing everyone wants to know is who will Usyk fight next?
Will it be Fabio Wardley, Joseph Parker or a certain Tyson Fury?
Parker v Wardley
Strong stuff from Joe Parker as he tells Joseph Parker he's going to "smash him".
"I've got many miles on the clock and I've got many more to bring," said former world champion Parker at Thursday's news conference.
"I'm only getting into my prime now. Credit to Wardley for taking this fight, but it's the wrong time to be taking this fight because I'm going to smash him."

One of the most iconic knockouts would be Tommy Hearns' second round demolition of Roberto Duran.

British heavyweight Richard Riakporhe has backed compatriot Fabio Wardley: "I think Fabio can pull it off. Everyone is picking Parker but there is something about Fabio and that's why he's in this position now.
"He reminds me of myself because I've been in fights I wasn't supposed to win but I found a way. Fabio has that mindset that is going to make him difficult to beat and if he finds an opportunity, which he should in a 12-round fight, we know the power that he possesses."
Parker v Usyk
This could have been Joseph Parker v Oleksandr Usyk if it wasn't for the undisputed champion's sore back.
The WBO has asked for medical evidence from Usyk after he was seen dancing at a public event.
No-one can accuse Usyk of avoiding challenges but you have to wonder if he is holding out for a more lucrative bout.

Derek Chisora is now saying the third fight with Dillian Whyte will "100% happen in December".
It looks like a few bits need sorting, but both guys say they want it.

Jarrell Miller, Dillian Whyte and Derek Chisora are all on stage having a chat about potential fights.
Will we see Chisora v Whyte 3? Chisora says, "Yes, if the contract is right".

My favourite Heavyweight knockout is Lennox Lewis round 6 against Vitali Klitschko. A brutal fight that Lennox ended decisively.

Fabio Wardley - who holds the WBA 'interim' belt - came in at 17st 5lb (110 kg), consistent with his recent bouts.
But when Joseph Parker flexed his muscles, he looked hefty and powerful as he tipped the scales at 18st 10lb (119 kg), just five pounds lighter than his career-heaviest.

Fabio Wardley spoke to the BBC Radio 5 Live boxing podcast about his preparation for tonight's fight with Joseph Parker: "There are a list of things [in Parker's game] that we have been focusing on - things from early parts of his career that he has carried on and new habits that he has developed.
"There is a bunch of things that I am paying attention to and I'm not focused on any one thing. Going into this fight I need to have a plan A, B and C. We have a long list of his faults and we will looking to exploit them on the night."

In the undercard, Ezra Taylor has moved to 13-0 with a dominant stoppage win in the ninth round over Steed Woodall.
Woodall came into the fight on four days' notice after an injury to Lewis Edmondson.
One more fight to go until the main event...

Image source, Getty ImagesThere has been speculation that Anthony Joshua, who last fought over a year ago, would stage his comeback fight in Africa this December.
Joshua's promoter Eddie Hearn has shut down these rumous, instead saying that we could have to wait until February for his next bout.
"There are a lot of options." Hearn told Sky Sports. "But I can tell you now, the main thing is that he's back in full training camp and his mind is fully focused on a return to the ring. That's great news."
Hearn has also suggested that Joshua could be put on an undercard before the year closes to help get the Brit back up to speed.
Surely not, though?!

The best thing about heavyweight boxing is surely the number of heavy knockouts, right?
But, I want to know what your favourite knockout in boxing is, or the one that springs to mind the most?
For me, Anthony Joshua's monster of a punch against Francis Ngannou always springs to mind. Then there is Fabio Wardley's first-round KO against Frazer Clarke as well.

BBC Sport at O2 Arena
Ringside here at the O2 before tonight’s heavyweight action and there are some interested observers ringside.
Tyson Fury is here to support his friend Joseph Parker while Daniel Dubois is sat with some of his family. The loser of this bout could be a good opponent for Dubois to face on the comeback trail after his September defeat by Oleksandr Usyk.
Chelsea striker and former Ipswich Town front man Liam Delap is also sat among the crowd. You’d assume he’s here to support Suffolk hero Fabio Wardley. Delap is injured at the moment but he will be hoping for a better result than his team got today after their 2-1 defeat by Sunderland…

Fabio Wardley is getting his hands wrapped and looked super relaxed as he spoke to Dazn from the dressing room.
"Everything is done. There's nothing left to, say there's nothing left to do," he said.
"So take your seat, get your popcorn and get ready for a dramatic night."

Undefeated British heavyweight Moses Itauma has predicted a "late, late knockout" win for stablemate Fabio Wardley.
Agree?

Image source, Getty ImagesMoses Itauma announced himself to the world when he blew away Dillian Whyte in the first round in August.
Since then, the 20 year-old has been linked with fights against Filip Hrgovic, Michael Hunter, David Adeleye.
The WBA have ordered Bulgarian veteran Kubrat Pulev to defend his WBA 'regular' title against Itauma, but the 44 year-old has announced plans to fight Russian Murat Gassiev on 12 December.
Speaking to BBC Sport earlier this month, Itauma's promoter Frank Warren said: "Pulev has to fight Moses next."
The standout name that Itauma has been linked to is undisputed heavyweight champion Oleksander Usyk, but the Ukrainian himself downplayed those rumours earlier this month.
Parker v Wardley
Fabio Wardley has had 19 fewer fights than his opponent tonight but does that mean he comes into the fight the fresher of the two?
Wardley has won 19 of his 20 fights with 18 of those coming by way of knockout.
In perhaps the best fight to watch, Wardley drew with fellow Briton Frazer Clarke in March 2024 but avenged that stalemate on the cards seven months later with a devastating first-round knockout.

Joseph Parker is not one to shy away from a scrap and his record suggests that.
At 33, the New Zealander has had 39 fights, 36 of which have been wins with 24 by knockout.
He's tasted defeat three times - to Anthony Joshua, Joe Joyce and Dillian Whyte.
