Martinez has some blood coming from his nose he eats another stiff jab.

    Rodriguez v Martinez

Rodriguez has so many attributes and he's already putting them to good use.

The American's footwork sees him slip away before returning with spiteful shots. Martinez needs to try and get a read.

Mason beats Noakes by unanimous decision

Abdullah Mason is a world champion - winning the vacant WBO lightweight title - at just 21 years old.

He becomes the youngest reigning male world champion. Atomweight Camila Zamorano is the youngest reigning world champion at the age of 17 (who is beating that?!).

A hard one for Sam Noakes to take. It's the first time he has lost but it's a defeat at world level and he was in that fight.

No doubt Noakes will be back. Who knows, we could even see a rematch - I don't think many would argue.
