  2. 'I'm going to go home and spend some time with my daughter'published at 23:41 Greenwich Mean Time 7 March

Price beats Jonas by unanimous decision

Natasha Jonas speaking to Sky Sports following the defeat: "I think one of her phases was too fast, she just beat me to the punch every time. I was trying to work out how to get around it and get shots off, I was trying to land one big shot instead of putting combinations together.

"To all my family and friends that have travelled from Liverpool, my daughter is here in the crowd, I apologise for the performance. I hope I still did you proud. Thank you for spending your money and coming out here to make it a great occasion for female boxing. Well done to Lauren.

"I just didn't work my way around the quick shots. She does pack a little bit of power to be fair which I didn't expect. I was only landing single hard shots and it's just not enough against a great operator like Lauren.

"I think emotions are running high right now. Joe's been asking me to retire for a very long time. I actually enjoy commentating on everyone else's performances, maybe we look at that afterwards. Right now I'm going to go home and spend some time with my daughter and enjoy."

  4. 'I want to go back to Wales'published at 23:37 Greenwich Mean Time 7 March

Price beats Jonas by unanimous decision

Lauren Price speaking to Sky Sports after her unanimous decision win over Natasha Jonas: "Stepping out here tonight, what a venue, we've made history. I want to say a massive thank you to Natasha, perfect dance partner, complete honour to share the ring with her. I respect her and what she's done not just for women's boxing, but boxing. Roll on what's next.

"Obviously Tash was quick to start off, it was all about using my angles and my speed, my faints. I thought my right hook worked pretty well tonight, and like always using my feet. They helped me in the amateurs, that's what won me my Olympic gold medal, and it's going to get me to the top in the pro's.

"I want to go back to Wales and box in Cardiff, I'd love the winner of that [Mikaela Mayer v Sandy Ryan].

"Tash is one of the best in the division, I honestly believe I can become undisputed. I want to go on and create a great legacy. I want to follow in the footsteps of the Katie Taylor's, I'm Welsh, I'm an Olympic champion, I've got a nation behind me. The winner of Mayer v Sandy I'd like next."

Ignore the Unification Fight. The only two boxers that can test Price based off that performance are Katie Taylor if she bulked up to light-welterweight or Clarissa Shields at middleweight.

Dubois beats Shin by majority decision

Britain's Caroline Dubois retained her IBF lightweight title earlier with a majority decision victory over South Korea's Bo Mi Re Shin.

The scorecards read 98-93 98-92 to Dubois, with one judge seeing it as a 95-95 draw.

Dubois invested in the body early and started to show good combination work as the rounds progressed against a gritty and durable Shin.

"It was very rough and tough. Watching her fights previously with the team, that's what she does. Charges in, head down and swings. She did exactly what I expected," Dubois told Sky Sports.

The Englishwoman is undefeated in 12 fights as a professional.

An all-British affair with WBO lightweight champion Terri Harper, who faces Natalie Zimmerman on 23 May, could be on the agenda for Dubois next, while Beatriz Ferreira holds the IBF belt and Stephanie Han is the WBA champion.

Shortly after Dubois' victory, Harper directed a message at the IBF champion on X, writing: "was you too tired to give me a shout out tonight?"

I think Lauren won quite comfortably, but it was a hard fight. The last two rounds were the hardest rounds of her life so far. I think she's done enough, I'm convinced she's done enough, but it was gruelling for both.

Did that 10-year age gap show? Yes, but Price boxed absolutely brilliantly and was so, so sharp. I gave her every round but that's probably why I'm not a boxing judge.

    Let's see what they think.

  18. Round tenpublished at 23:12 Greenwich Mean Time 7 March

    Jonas v Price

Huge applause and a hug between the two boxers as they begin the 10th and final round. Price, surely with the win wrapped up, certainly isn't keeping herself out of trouble as she throws flurries of punches but Jonas lands a good left. Price lands a huge right hand on the side of Jonas' head but she stays firm.

Jonas lands a cracking left right at the end of the fight as Price raises her hands in celebration. To the scorecards we go...

  19. Round ninepublished at 23:09 Greenwich Mean Time 7 March

Jonas is bundled to the canvas in the early seconds of the round but it's not a knockdown. Price continues bouncing on her toes and being light on her feet as Jonas once again can't land anything of any note.
