Unicorn Trophy: Shropshire coach disappointed by Cumberland loss

Shropshire coach Karl Krikken was disappointed after a 132-run defeat by Cumberland in the Unicorns Trophy.

Cumberland scored 269-8 in their 50 overs before bowling the hosts out for 137 in just 22 overs.

A half-century from Alex Atkinson and 38 from Karl Turner helped set a tough target, before three wickets from Scott Lees helped dismiss Shropshire.

"The players are as disappointed as I am, but hopefully we'll come back stronger," Krikken said.
