George Rhodes recently hit a century for Worcestershire's second XI against Loughborough University
Worcestershire all-rounder George Rhodes has signed his first professional contract with the county.
The 21-year-old son of director of cricket and former England wicketkeeper Steve Rhodes has agreed a deal from 1 June until the end of 2016.
Worcestershire second XI batting coach Kevin Sharp told the club website:, external "George is a genuine batsman, bowler and very good fielder."
"He has got a high work ethic and is a very dedicated person to the game."
