    Elliot Watt

Motherwell are on course for a victory! It would be the first time this season they've won two in a row.

And it's a fine finish from Watt, curling one in with the inside of his foot from 20 yards. That should be enough...

  7. Paisley VAR explainerpublished at 21:18 GMT

St Mirren 2-2 Heart of Midlothian

    Jonathan Sutherland
BBC Sport Scotland at SMiSA Stadium

Our VAR information is that the Miguel Freckleton goal was ruled out because Mark O'Hara was in an offside position. As it was subjective around the impact the referee was summoned to the VAR monitor.

In the opinion of the ref, O'Hara impeded Lawrence Shankland, allowing Freckleton a free header.

    Hibernian 0-1 Rangers

Rangers cause havoc with a free kick into the box, but Hibs just scramble it away.

There's so little between the sides but Rangers have the advantage still.

  9. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 21:15 GMT

    Motherwell 1-0 Dundee United

Awwww United - that was the chance!

It's a brilliant pick out to find Dario Naamo at the back post. He cuts it back to Luca Stephenson, who passes it off the base of the post from a few yards out. Had to score.

  10. Can Killie find a way back?published at 21:15 GMT

    Kilmarnock 0-1 Aberdeen

    Charlotte Cohen
    BBC Scotland at Rugby Park

The Kilmarnock fans are not happy with referee Duncan Nicolson's performance and they are making it known.

It's been much better from the hosts in the second half but it's turned into a very stop-start affair in Ayrshire.

    Outstanding perseverance from Tounekti.

    Great goal.

Alexandros Kyziridis' curling finish is tipped on to the bar, but little Claudio Braga is up like a salmon to nod in the rebound.

He does so well there under pressure. Game on!

    St Mirren 2-1 Hearts

Hearts are still on the ropes despite that lifeline.

  16. Will Saints' Hearts hoodoo continue?published at 21:10 GMT

    St Mirren 2-1 Hearts

    Jonathan Sutherland
BBC Sport Scotland at SMiSA Stadium

Lawrence Shankland had a great chance right after the restart as he was given the freedom of the St Mirren box, but he went wide and the angle became too tight and Shamal George made the save.

After that it was a St Mirren onslaught, Mandron and Phillips both with big chances. But it was Miguel Freckleton who would make the difference, lashing home from close range to make it 2-1 and this place erupted.

A second strike from Freckleton was then controversially ruled out by VAR, which has put a dampener on the home crowd's jubilation.

Hearts have only managed one win here in their previous eight visits. Heading for nine at this rate.

  19. DISALLOWED GOAL - St Mirrenpublished at 21:06 GMT

    St Mirren 2-1 Hearts

OK, this takes a bit of explaining.

The referee goes to the monitor for an offside decision because the VAR team feel Mark O'Hara, who was in an offside position, has blocked Lawrence Shankland's attempted run.

The referee agrees. Back to 2-1.
