  2. Postpublished at 18:40 BST 20 October

Sri Lanka captain Chamari Athapaththu: "We handled the pressure until the last over. I know as a captain, keep fighting until the end. We dropped a few catches and we had so many mistakes as a batting unit. It's not our best game but we're lucky to win this game.

"We played four games in Sri Lanka and unfortunately, we washed out two games. It's hard with the rain. As a professional team, we can't blame those things. We have to execute our plans and play our cricket in the middle. We try our best to win the next game.

"If we can make the semi-finals, it's a miracle."

  3. Postpublished at 18:38 BST 20 October

Bangladesh captain Nigar Sultana Joty: "From the beginning, it was our game. Me and Sharmin were batting well when she went off for cramping and then the momentum shifted. We had to build a partnership again. We lost wickets in crucial moments. It was a chaseable target.

"Somewhere we lost control in our planning. We kept losing wickets and couldn't hold our nerves."

On Shorna Akter's bowling: "Shorna came in as fifth or sixth bowler and how she's been bowling is incredible. She took the vital wickets and gave us a chance with the bat."

On the dropped catches: "You have to grab those opportunities. When we lose those catches, it was crucial moments. We have a good fielding side but we drop catches in crucial moments. For us, it's a mental thing. This is something we can improve. We have one game to rectify this mistake and finish this tournament in a good place."
