Bangladesh are crawling along. They are going to struggle to put an imposing total on the board. 150 might be possible.

These four wickets have really cost them and they cannot afford to lose any more.

  2. Ban 89-4published at 27 overs

Nat Sciver-Brunt is dangling the carrot to Ritu Moni, but the batter is not biting. Just a single off the over.

More safety first than Stanley Baldwin at the moment from Bangladesh.

In terms of depth of batting, Bangladesh do not have a huge luxury compared to some of the better teams. At this point, can they just focus on rotating the strike and get runs that way?

  4. Ban 88-4published at 26 overs

Linsey Smith ratles through a maiden. She has 1-9 from seven overs. Miserly stuff from the spinner.

How many cups of tea is acceptable in one sitting?

  5. Postpublished at 12:08 BST

    Thanks, Matthew.

Been slightly slow going, but England will not mind that.

I've just made two cups of tea myself. Yes, TWO.

  6. Ban 88-4published at 25 overs

    Mostary 33, Moni 0

Charlie Dean rattles through a maiden as some kids dance in the stands. Bangladesh's scoring has slowed again.

    Here's Timothy Abraham.

  7. Ban 88-4published at 24 overs

The risk to Linsey Smith remains getting bowled. She's spinning it far less than her fellow spinners, instead trying to ease the balls in towards the timbers.

Every time a right-hander goes back to cut it looks dangerous but this time Mostary gets bat on ball.

  8. Ban 87-4published at 23 overs

    Mostary 32, Moni 0

Ritu Moni, one of Bangladesh's more experienced players at 32, is their number six.

Shorna Akter left that quite late and her head was not in the right position when she went to hit the ball. Another good catch behind the stumps from Amy Jones.

    Shorna c Jones b Dean 10 (Ban 84-4)

This one is out though! Shorna Akter tries that sweep shot again but is nowhere close to being in the right position to do so. She gets an edge. Amy Jones takes another catch.

    Bangladesh lose their fourth.

  11. Ban 84-3published at 22 overs

Applauds Lauren Bell's efforts but a good throw cannot stop Bangladesh stealing a single via an inside edge. The Bangladesh team are looking content in the dressing room.

Linsey Smith is back, having taken 1-6 with the new ball...

Shorna Akter breaking the shackles there against Charlie Dean with that hard sweep through mid-wicket for four. She scores half of her runs through mid-wicket and mid on in ODI cricket.

We have not seen that many sweep shots but it is encouraging for Charlie Dean. You want the batters to come at you because that brings opportunity for wickets.

    Otherwise it can become monotonous.

  15. Ban 83-3published at 21 overs

    Mostary 30, Shorna 9

A sweep shot! We've hardly seen any of those from Bangladesh's batters against the spinners.

This is a good one, Shorna Akter sending Charlie Dean through mid-wicket.

Sophie Ecclestone might bowl one more and save some overs. The seamers have not bowled all that well and Bangladesh have capitalised on them.

Spin is definitely harder to play here.

  17. Ban 76-3published at 20 overs

No catch for Tammy Beaumont in this over, despite her best efforts. It'll happen, I'm telling you...

  18. Ban 74-3published at 19 overs

The pitch continues to offer plenty of turn for England's spinners. I'm not sure Nat Sciver-Brunt will be bringing herself back on any time soon.

That spin helped Sophie Ecclestone make the last breakthrough...

Terrific bowling from Sophie Ecclestone. She knows that there is something in the pitch for her and is mixing up her pace.

  20. Ban 69-3published at 18 overs

    Mostary 27, Shorna 1

Almost again! Beaumont leaps like the proverbial salmon, she's not much bigger in fairness, but can't quite make the ground to catch Shorna's loopy defensive stroke.

If a catch doesn't go to Beaumont in that position today, I'll be very surprised. I'm almost confident enough to say I'll eat anything of your choice if not - hats or otherwise.
