  1. Ire 35-7published at 13 overs

Jane Maguire joins Una Raymond-Hoey in the middle.

Ireland's first target has to be their lowest ODI total of 46, made against Australia in 2001

Georgia Davis has her first wicket and there's elation all around the England team. It's been a perfect start for her.

  3. wicket

    WICKETpublished at 12.5 overs

    Tector b Davis 1 (Ire 35-7)

Georgia Davis has her first international wicket! She gets a big hug from wicketkeeper Bess Heath having knocked back 16-year-old Alice Tector's off stump.

  4. Ire 29-6published at 12 overs

    Raymond-Hoey 17, Tector 0

Lauren Filer's figures - six overs, three wickets for 10 runs - are remarkable. England's bowling has been a class above Ireland today.

Ffion called this an Ireland collapse earlier. A question for you: can it be a collapse if nothing was standing in the first place?

Ireland lost two wickets in the first over.

  5. Ire 27-6published at 11 overs

Need 294 more runs to win

Kate Cross immediately turns to Central Sparks leg-spinner Georgia Davis after the powerplay. This is Davis' debut.

The only runs off the over come off the edge of Una Raymond-Hoey's bat.

England are well on top in this game. It's been a familiar sight for Ireland fans as another batter trudges off.

Ireland will have to reassess what they will have to get to and salvage what they can.

  7. Ire 24-6published at 10 overs

    Target 321

It's a double-wicket maiden to finish the powerplay from Lauren Filer.

England's biggest win in terms of runs is 239 against Denmark at the Women's World Cup in 1993. They're on course to smash that.

Arlene Kelly goes without troubling the scorers. This batting line-up is in tatters.

  9. wicket

    WICKETpublished at 9.5 overs

    Kelly b Filer 0 (Ire 24-6)

I'll start with a wicket. A Lauren Filer yorker is far too quick for new batter Arlene Kelly.

  10. wicket

    WICKETpublished at 9.3 overs

    Stokell c Beaumont b Filer 5 (Ire 24-5)

    The collapse continues.

A shorter ball from Lauren Filer tempts Rebecca Stokell into the pull shot, but she's rushed for pace. The ball flies off the edge and safely lands in Tammy Beaumont's hands in the slip cordon.

I've got a report to write, and with this sliding towards a very early finish, I'm going to pass you over to Matthew Henry for the duration of this innings.

Ireland are trying to rebuild. Raymond-Hoey is looking a lot more comfortable out in the middle.

  12. Ire 24-4published at 9 overs

    Target 321

A change of bowling as Freya Kemp comes into the attack.

She found some valuable batting form earlier with a brutal 65, but hasn't quite got the same rhythm with the ball yet.

A couple of wides in the over and she's driven through the covers for two twos by Una Raymond-Hoey, with the ball just holding up in the slow outfield.

  13. Ire 16-4published at 8 overs

    Target 321

Another tidy over from Lauren Filer, just one from it as Rebecca Stokell edges one past the slips with a streak of luck.

    England have given nothing away.

Another economical over from Kate Cross. The movement off this pitch is difficult to play when facing Cross.

  15. Ire 15-4published at 7 overs

    Target 321

This is pretty much England's second XI - only Bess Heath and Freya Kemp are in the T20 World Cup squad for next month.

But the main performers today have been Kemp, Tammy Beaumont, Kate Cross and Lauren Filer, who are all regulars in England squads across all formats so this one-sided outcome isn't too much of a surprise.

  16. dropped catch

Stokell dropped on 3published at 6.1 overs

    Ire 13-4

    It's nearly five!

Rebecca Stokell drives loosely outside her off stump and nicks behind to Bess Heath, who gets two hands to it but quite low to the ground, and the ball bobbles out of her gloves.

  17. Ire 13-4published at 6 overs

    Target 321

Three runs ticked off Lauren Filer's latest.

England's other bowling options are fellow fast bowler Issy Wong, making her first international outing of this summer, Freya Kemp and off-spinners Mady Villiers and Georgia Davis - the latter making her debut today.

  18. Ire 10-4published at 5 overs

    Target 321

A wicketless over for Kate Cross, boo.

It's been such madness that I haven't even had a chance to summarise England's batting, which was equally as ruthless as this bowling performance.

Tammy Beaumont smashed an unbeaten 150 from 139 balls, and Freya Kemp struck her maiden ODI fifty with 65 from 47 to propel England to 320-8.

That score looks a long way away for Ireland's point of view. Even 100 looks pretty far away right now, unfortunately.

  19. Ire 8-4published at 4 overs

Lauren Filer wraps up a wicket maiden as Rebecca Stokell joins opener Una Raymond-Hoey in the middle.

    And breathe!

Lauren Filer used the pace, bowling with good length and the misery continues for Ireland.
