England must not panic and they must bat out the overs. A score of around 230 will easily win this.

The sun has now set in Colombo. Sophie Ecclestone is prowling around the boundary edge in her pads earlier than she would have planned - or looked likely an hour ago.

Ranaweera, now the joint highest wicket-taker in this tournament, will now bowl her last over...

Sides have struggled in the middle overs during this tournament, with only New Zealand in their unsuccessful run chase against Australia managing to score at quicker than a run-a-ball between overs 11-40.

That latest from Kieran is the kind of thing that will be going around the dressing rooms of the world. People will notice. Inoka Ranaweera has put England on the back foot...

I'm not sure about India, Jeff. They have looked pretty dodgy too.

Australia have also been pushed early on in this tournament too. It has been an event where the big sides have not really imposed themselves.

Our middle order are shockingly bad, if Nat gets out, very much below par score.

Dunkley, Capsey & Lamb keep under performing their potential in middle order. Open with Lamb, drop Jones down the order and replace Dunkley with Wyatt-Hodge.

On this showing India or Australia will only have to field 8 players to send England home.

It just shows how quickly things change, doesn't it? First, Sophia Dunkley goes and then Emma Lamb, and now Alice Capsey. Now you are into the tail with Charlie Dean. Emma Lamb's wicket and it has started to take grip and turn.

It's a double-wicket maiden from Inoka Ranaweera, who now has 3-28. There was a lot more turn and bounce in that over too.

Charlie Dean played a crucial knock against Bangladesh earlier this week. She's going to have to help big England from a hole again.

What a delivery. First, I thought it was slightly too full, but it pitches and spins and bounces as well with a brilliant bit of wicketkeeping. She's gone here.

This is some over from left-arm spinner Inoka Ranaweera. She gets Emma Lamb first ball, beats Alice Capsey with two beauties and then gets her opponent at the third attempt.

Capsey is lurching forward and drags her back foot out of the crease as she misses.

Alice Capsey might be gone here!

Sri Lanka are very confident about a stumping.

I can’t understand why Emma Lamb is batting at 6. She’s had the season of her life in the One-Day Cup, getting over 1,000 runs opening the batting. Surely move Amy Jones down the order and have Lamb open?

Emma Lamb looking to play that little paddle sweep, but it pitches in line, and Lamb does not get anything on it, and she didn't quite get down on it quick enough, and Emma Lamb, who has had a brilliant season, has not looked her fluent self.

A promising start and out for Emma Lamb. She plays that paddle sweep - the one I was just praising her for. Previously it got her four to fine leg but this time she misses and the ball goes on to hit middle stump.

Too short and Sciver-Brunt on to it in a flash. You have to go a bit fuller, but not too full, as she will ping you down the ground then.

Nat Sciver-Brunt does her very best to make me look silly but beginning this over by whacking the ball for four through the leg side. Lost a touch? If she did, she's got it back on this evidence.

  20. Eng 160-4published at 33 overs

I sense Nat Sciver-Brunt might have just lost her rhythm a tad. Here she plays a big sweep but the ball doesn't go to the fielder into the deep with too much zip. It might be good if Emma Lamb can take on the scoring for a little while.
