These next few overs are going to be key. The game is in India's hand so Annabel Southerland needs to take another wicket if she can.

    Target 339

Ooooh hoooo that was close from Alana King, whistling one past Jemimah Rodrigues outside edge.

And she finishes the over in similar fashion.

The spinner struggled when it was raining earlier in the innings but she's getting the ball to do a bit now.

  3. Ind 230-3published at 36 overs

    Target 339

A wicket and four singles from Annabel Sutherland's sixth over.

It's getting a little nervy for India, with the batters going for a quick single off the final ball of the over and Jemimah Rodrigues putting in a full length dive to get in at the non-striker's end. Dirt all up her top.

    109 runs from 84 balls...

India are doing well but this is Australia they are up against. If any team can quickly get two vital wickets out of the blue it is the Aussies. It's just what they do.

Ash Gardner gets the big wicket. The stadium has gone silent as the partnership is finally broken.

Ash Gardner's eyes were on the ball the whole time. That was an off-cutter into the pitch from Annabel Sutherland - great bowling to get the skipper out.

Harmranpreet Kaur should've been stumped on 10. Jemimah Rodrigues has been dropped in the 50s and the 80s.

But Australia have finally, finally broken the partnership.

Harmanpreet absolutely shanked Annabel Sutherland into the leg side and Ash Gardner dashed in from deep mid-wicket to take the catch, diving forward. Excellent take.

Harmanpreet Kaur has very good game awareness. She knew that was a lower risk shot if she got enough bat on it.

  9. Ind 226-2published at 35 overs

    Target 339

A slightly heart in mouth moment for Harmanpreet Kaur as she sends the ball aerially down the ground. Two Australia fielders converge but it's got enough on it to beat both of them and go for four.

Eight runs off the over. Harmanpreet is on her back stretching a leg. The physios are out...

The relief on Jemimah Rodrigues' face! Alana King is in disbelief.

No luck for Alana King and Australia. It's bouncing well over middle stump.

The Indian fans leap to their feet.

For Australia, there was no hesitation in that. They are so desperate for a wicket.

Alyssa Healy immediately went up for this lbw against Jemimah Rodrigues, who was down low on one knee and trying to sweep Alana King.

Harmanpreet Kaur has really shifted gears in the last few overs. This is box office stuff.

  16. Ind 218-2published at 34 overs

    Target 339

Another over, another boundary for Harmanpreet Kaur. From 50 off 65, India's captain has accelerated to a run-a-ball 83.

WinViz is starting to believe in India now too.

Harmanpreet Kaur had a very serious word with Jemimah Rodrigues after that shot, telling her there is no need to play it.

  18. Ind 212-2published at 33 overs

    Target 339

Is anyone else's heart still racing a little after that drop? I'd already selected 'wicket' from the drop down menu...

True to form, Harmanpreet Kaur (on strike after Jemimah Rodrigues ran a single) smacks the ball after the drop for four to rub salt in Australia's wound.

Alyssa Healy and Alana King both look absolutely furious.

That is a shot that should not have been played. Why did Jemimah Rodrigues not play with the spin?

That is an absolute dolly. A massive drop.

'That's a massive drop!' - Healy fumbles easy catch as Rodrigues survives

OH NO! That was the golden opportunity for Australia.

Jemimah Rodrigues edged the ball high into the sky, bowler Alana King and wicketkeeper Alyssa Healy both ran towards it, and Healy put it down. She got two hands to it and it spilled out.

That's the second life Rodrigues has been given. She was dropped in the 50s. Pressure.
