    And another!

Liam Livingstone is in serious big-hitting form.

Liam Dawson has gone off the field again. I'm not sure it's worth it in this situation.

Welcome back Olly Stone! That was absolutely enormous. 98 metres. Not even a chance of a catch in the Hollies stand. In fact, it's on the roof.

Liam Livingstone takes a look to the leg-side boundary before Olly Stone begins his set. Watched out in the Hollies...

That definitly wasn't the response Dan Worrall will have been planning for. Jacob Bethell flicks it off his hip effortlessly. He's flying now.

Whipped. Jacob Bethell clears the leg-side boundary this time.

    Phoenix are in a hurry.

  8. 6 runs

Phoenix 87-3published at 47 balls left

Jacob Bethell had waited for the right one to hit and once he gets it he takes full advantage.

Punted into the sight-screen by the 21-year-old.

It's a positive sign for Dawson that it's just a simple dislocation and there's not bone poking out.

Liam Dawson's back on with a very heavily strapped hand. It's not his bowling hand but he'll be hoping he doesn't have a catch smashed into him.

Remarkably, Liam Dawson is back on the field. His finger was pointing in a funny direction 10 minutes ago.

    Target 127

Fans of sensible batting will be sitting comfortably as Liam Livingstone and Jacob Bethell just knock the ball around. They should stroll it from where but I'm not sure Livingstone does strolling.

That was a poor option from Joe Clarke. He had a real opportunity to bat London Spirit out of this game after they just lost one of their most important bowlers. You have to sense the opportunity sometimes when you're ahead or on top.

He has played really nicely though and he has got them in a really good position. It feels like a frustrating time to miss out though.

  14. Phoenix 55-3published at 55 balls left

Need 55 runs to win from 55 balls

Phoenix should still win this, especially with Jacob Bethell and Liam Livingstone at the crease.

Known for his swing bowling, Dan Worrall has mostly bowled in the powerplay in the previous seasons of The Hundred.

In 2023, 83% of his deliveries were in the powerplay, in 2024, 86%.

All of his Hundred wickets prior to this season also came in that phase.

In 2025 though, only 55% of his deliveries have come in the powerplay. Out of the six wickets he has picked this season, five have now come outside of the powerplay.

    Clarke c Pope b Worrall 54 (Phoenix 68-3)

Boos at Edgbaston. Joe Clarke is out.

Dan Worrall comes on to complete Liam Dawson's set of five balls and Clarke looks to hit him out of Birmingham. He gets a good piece of it but not enough to clear Ollie Pope on the mid-wicket boundary.

Liam Dawson is really frustrated. He kicks the turf and he must know that he's unfortunately done something pretty nasty.

It's not the first time we've seen that, Benny Howell took a really nasty one on his hand as well. It just crushed his pinky finger.

That's frustrating for London Spirit because they are down a spin option now.

England's selectors will be keeping an eye on that, as well as the Spirit's.

  19. Phoenix 67-2published at 62 balls left

    Oh dear.

I think Liam Dawson has dislocated his little finger here after having a ball drilled back at him by Liam Livingstone.

He's going to have to go off.

50 for Joe Clarkepublished at 64 balls left

I've seen Joe Clarke play some good innings but this is something else. Now he just times the ball off the back foot to Liam Dawson to the extra cover boundary.

He has his fifty from 23 deliveries.
