There's a real lack of experience in this West Indies side but there's a lot of talent.

In the powerplay you still can play those nice elegant shots into the field. It's about looking at your options, there's always that hypothetical space.

You give Zaida James any space in that off stump area and she's sending it.

First boundaries for the West Indies, both coming from the bat of Zaida James.

She lashes Lauren Bell through the covers, then cuts a wide-ish short ball to the boundary at third.

The West Indies need some belief, at least 1% of it. At times like these, it can be good to just go out there and play freely.

Kate Cross takes the ball at the other end for England - she's playing in her 100th international today.

Her first four balls go for singles, the last two are dots.

The authority that Realeanna Grimmond has played with so far has been nice.

In a chase like this, you have to maximise each ball.

Realeanna Grimmond certainly looks the part as an international cricketer.

  10. WI 4-0published at 1 over

Lauren Bell opens the bowling as usual for England and Grimmond gets her first run in ODI cricket for the first ball of the innings, seeing her shot break through Linsey Smith at backward point.

The West Indies actually got off to a decent start in their 108-run defeat in Derby, with Matthews and Joseph putting on 91 for the first wicket.

However, neither of those batters are playing in this match, and Aaliyah Alleyne (44) was the only other batter here today to get out of the teens on Friday, as the West Indies lost 10 wickets for 146.

Right then, the players are back out on the field at Leicester, and the West Indies will chase a formidable 367.

Zaida James and Realeanna Grimmond are the tourists' new opening pairing with Hayley Matthews and Qiana Joseph sidelined with a shoulder issue and flu respectively.

James made seven at Derby batting at number three and was dismissed lbw by Linsey Smith, while Grimmond, aged just 20, is making her ODI debut.

  12. 'I felt horrendous'published at 16:55 British Summer Time 4 June

England batter Tammy Beaumont on whether she was aware today was the second time she has scored consecutive centuries: "Everyone that knows me knows I know that. I am someone that has a good memory for runs but for most people in the team not just myself.

"There is a bit of cold running through the team. It has been traced back to Emma Lamb and Mahika Gaur. I felt pretty horrendous out there but was just trying to bat for Amy, get her on strike. I am proud with how I mentally stuck with that one.

"I love batting with Amy. She is so free scoring and we have such different strengths. If you asked bowlers we would be quite hard to bowl at. She is a lot taller than me and likes to play off the back foot. I like to get down the ground a bit more. It is going really well.

"She had to deal with me acting like I had man flu today and really carried me. It was great for her to get another hundred. She is going to fly now she has got it [her first century] off her back."

If you’re looking for your mid-afternoon read, Scotland Women have no fixtures scheduled for the rest of this year despite being named their nation’s team of the year last December.

The cost outweighs the rewards says their director of performance but the players have a painful reality to face with wicketkeeper Sarah Bryce pointing out that “teams are willing to play us now, which is really exciting, but we’re not able to”.

West Indies' performance in the field was bizarre. They dropped catches and fumbled throughout but every now and again pulled off something impressive.

Tammy Beaumont is speaking to Sky Sports by the boundary edge.

She says she felt terrible while batting in the middle after being the latest to catch a cold that has been going around the England camp.

Her and Amy Jones dominated in putting on 202 for the first wicket to send England on their way to this big total.

'Outstanding innings' - Jones makes second century in consecutive matches

England were outstanding at the top of the order again.

For the West Indies, they were poor with the ball and poor in the field. They're missing their captain in Hayley Matthews who basically carries this team. They miss her bowling, her batting, but most importantly her captaincy. Their choices for the bowling attack were very interesting.

England were aiming higher at one stage but they end on an imposing 336-6.
