    Grimmond's start gets even better!

The fielders go back at the end of the powerplay but that's not stopping the 20-year-old, she pulls Lauren Bell for six.

Sometimes, you've just got to be selfish and go individual when you're down like this because if you think about it as a whole, it's too much. If your teammates have given up, instead of being a team player, you've got to think, what can I do today, what can I achieve? It's a good pitch, 100 is doable.

England stick with the same bowlers for the duration of the powerplay with Kate Cross continuing.

Grimmond hits her for a pair of fours, turning the first ball of the over square then timing a drive nicely through the covers, before a single to fine leg brings up the West Indies 50.

She's on 29, a decent start to her ODI career.

Lauren Bell is bowling very nicely here. The West Indies need to try and not fixate on that chase and just play. If they're successful, it will be their biggest ever.

Times like this are testing, Lauren Bell is delivering with good length and is targeting the stumps. The West Indies will need to try and work out the best way to play it whilst also picking up some runs.

  6. WI 41-0published at 9 overs

Maiden for Lauren Bell, bowling to Grimmond.

The West Indies opener might have expected runs from the final delivery, but Sophia Dunkley cuts the ball off well at point.

Not a problem, Angus, we live to please.

Three runs from the over, a single for Campbelle before Grimmond adds two past point.

Reward for England’s openers who take the first wicket after drawing 47% false shots in the first six overs of the innings. For comparison, England’s false shot percentage was just 11% in the first six overs of their innings.

Stand-in captain Shemaine Campbelle is next up for the West Indies, and immediately takes a single to point to retain the strike.

Campbelle made nine at Derby before she was bowled by Linsey Smith.

Like James, she has shifted up one position today because of the absence of Matthews and Joseph.

I'd expect Zaida James to hit that straight back into the slot. I'd say it was the correct shot but when in England, sometimes you can't play too straight. She tried to hit it back to the stumps in an oppose to mid off. She probably should've played it a bit later.

The West Indies have got in good positions so far and just need to prolong it, they've started off really well. They are just reading each ball and playing them with merit.

Only a couple of singles from the third over from Kate Cross, while the England seamer goes up on a lbw shout from the final delivery.

She decides against a review and rightly so - ball-tracking shows the ball was bouncing just over the stumps of Grimmond.

Realeanna Grimmond had time for a little bit of a smile, we've seen her play a few nice couple of classy shots.

It's been a good start from the West Indies. There hasn't been many chances, I've enjoyed it.

  17. WI 33-0published at 5 overs

And now a four for Grimmond, cutting Bell's delivery nicely through point.

We're halfway through the powerplay - England made 77 from theirs, the West Indies will hope they're not vastly behind that at the end of 10 overs.

    Crikey.

Realeanna Grimmond's first boundary in ODI cricket is absolutely huge.

Lauren Bell digs one into the pitch and Grimmond gets on the front foot and swats the ball over mid-wicket for six.
