It's like watching Rohit Sharma from both ends. Shubman Gill is so watchable.

The last time I watched India in an ODI, Rohit Sharma blasted 119 off 90 balls to dismantle England in Cuttack.

Shubman Gill, meanwhile, has reached three figures in his past two ODIs.

They only take two off the opening over but their recent form doesn't bode well for Pakistan.

India social media is buzzing at the break. Many believe that India will easily overhaul the target. But there are some voices that feel that it’s a competitive total on this pitch and India can’t afford to be complacent.

Here's how Pakistan's innings came to an end.

Boundaries were few and far between for Pakistan but these sixes from Khushdil Shah and Haris Rauf provided some late cheer.

Saud Shakeel was the pick of Pakistan's batters, scoring 62 off 76 balls and sharing a 104-run third-wicket partnership with captain Muhammad Rizwan.

This was a huge moment in the first innings, with Hardik Pandya removing set batter Babar Azam at the back end of the powerplay.

And it was followed just six balls later by an excellent run out from Axar Patel to leave Pakistan reeling on 47-2.

Ilyas Najib: 241 isn’t enough for Pakistan, I feel they are about 45 runs short in making this a real competitive match.

Pakistan player Saud Shakeel: "I think I could've stayed out there for longer. It wasn't a good time to get out. Early on, the ball wasn't coming to the bat nicely, there was a little bit of swing.

"I think we'll have to put up a fight and take wickets early on to put some pressure on."

I was thinking if Pakistan could get to the 270 mark, it's a good chance. It's been a strange innings but India will take the momentum into the second innings. They look like the strongest team in this competition so far.
