This is the highest that Charlie Dean has ever batted for England.

Dean has the highest average (23.53) against spin compared to Danni Gibson and Sophie Ecclestone, who were both carded above her.

Her strike-rate (104.79) is lower than both though, but her dot-ball percentage (30.6%) is lower.

That, from Chedean Nation, is the worst drop I've seen!

It should be two in two for West Indies.

Charlie Dean top-edges her first ball straight to Chedean Nation at short fine, but she inexplicably spills an absolute dolly.

That was a nothing shot from Amy Jones.

But it's an interesting move from England who have send in Charlie Dean ahead of Danielle Gibson and Sophie Ecclestone. She's very good against spin and good at rotating strike.

    The softest of dismissals.

Afy Fletcher is bowling her leggies outside off, and Amy Jones just helps one into the grateful hands of Deandra Dottin at backward point.

    Catching practice.

Re Jeremy at 16:04. By that logic you would be reviewing every decision effectively re-umpiring the game.

We've got news that England captain Heather Knight is being assessed for a tight calf.

  8. Eng 91-3published at 13.4 overs

A poor delivery down the leg side from Karishma Ramharack, and Amy Jones just has to help it on its way for four.

  9. Eng 86-3published at 13.1 overs

Nat Sciver-Brunt will have to shoulder more responsibility now, and she helps herself to a couple with a reverse-dab, as Karishma Ramharack comes into the attack.

What’s happening this World Cup? First Australia captain Alyssa Healy retires hurt, now Heather Knight has retired hurt after hobbling.

  11. Eng 84-3published at 13 overs

Five singles from Deandra Dottin's second over.

West Indies would have snapped your hand off for this scenario, one suspects.

Heather Knight has retired hurt in the middle of what was a splendid partnership with Nat Sciver-Brunt and this is going to hurt England's momentum.

England have lost their captain, but we don't know the severity of it.

    Oh dear. This isn't good.

Heather Knight comes through for a single and pulls up halfway down with that troublesome calf or Achilles.

The England captain heads off for more treatment and is replaced in the middle by Amy Jones.

So that's one where I think West Indies shouldn't lose a review. An umpiring mistake missed the touch on the bat.

Heather Knight is back in business after that short break.

A reverse-sweep finds the middle of her bat and skips away for four.

It could be cramp, it could be hamstring and Heather Knight is feeling it. She's also had some issues with her Achilles recently.

It doesn't look good and I just hope it's not a recurring issue.

So close for Hayley Matthews against Nat Sciver-Brunt - that would have been the fifth time she had dismissed her in T20s for just 65 runs scored (64 balls).

Heather Knight on the other hand has dominated encounters with the West Indies skipper over the years. Knight has 107 runs against Matthews from just 66 balls, being dismissed just twice.

  18. Eng 75-3published at 11.5 overs

I've just seen a replay of that lbw shout at the start of this over.

It did pitch in line and would have been out if West Indies had a review left.

Shows how good an umpire I'd be...

Meanwhile, Heather Knight is receiving treatment for a lower-leg injury, which is far from ideal for England.

    Hayley Matthews cannot believe it.

She rushes one onto Nat Sciver-Brunt's pads, but has no reviews left and the umpire is unmoved.

    Pitched outside leg for mine.
