David 'Syd' Lawrence on living with MND

Speaking to BBC Breakfast, former England and Gloucestershire fast bowler David ‘Syd’ Lawrence says he is not afraid of dying and is "up for the fight" after being diagnosed with motor neurone disease (MND).
