  1. What is 'double in, double out?'published at 20:05 BST

Unlike most darts tournaments, the World Grand Prix uses a 'double in, double out' format, presenting a big twist to the gameplay.

This means that a player must start all legs on a double, rather than on any scoring zone on the board.

The use of 'double in, double out' has been in use in the World Grand Prix since its inaugural year in 1998.

During Luke Humphries' road to the final, he has averaged above 91 in each of the past three rounds, with averages tending to be lower in this double in, double out, format.

Humphries won this competition two years ago - and reached the final last year - so has the historical advantage going into this one.

    • First round: 2-0 v Nathan Aspinall
    • Second round: 3-1 v Krysztof Ratajski
    • Quarter-finals: 3-1 v Cameron Menzies
    • Semi-finals: 5-3 v Danny Noppert

In Luke Littler's debut campaign at the World Grand Prix 12 months ago, the talented teenager was knocked out in the first round.

This year, Littler has got the better of the format and is in the final where he meets an opponent in Luke Humphries he knows an awful lot about.

    • First round: 2-0 v Gian van Veen
    • Second round: 3-0 v Mike De Decker
    • Quarter-finals: 3-2 v Gerwyn Price
    • Semi-finals: 5-1 v Jonny Clayton
