Torquay fought back from 3-1 down to secure a dramatic draw with high-flying Rotherham at Plainmoor.

Lewis Grabban fired in from close range to put the Millers ahead before Ryan Cresswell headed in Danny Schofield's corner to double the lead.

Billy Bodin reduced the deficit with a shot from the edge of the area before Grabban fired in his second.

Kevin Nicholson headed in before Rene Howe clipped the ball over Conrad Logan to complete Torquay's comeback.

We looked threatening - Ling

Torquay United manager Martin Ling told BBC Radio Devon:

"Too many times I say we have to come from behind.

"We looked threatening every time we went forward, but they looked threatening as well.

"I think they're the best team that's come here so far this season, but they've scored three goals that have been given to them too easily, where we've had to earn every single one of ours."

Rotherham boss Andy Scott told BBC Radio Sheffield:

Scott blames defensive errors

"We made some poor errors defensively and allowed a side who are always good going forward to get back in the game.

"It was an entertaining game certainly but it's not the sort of entertainment I enjoy too much especially being 3-1 up.

"We've had two tough away games, long journeys and the same team played both games, but we're so close to being an outstanding side, I think everyone can see that."
