Gainsborough Trinity manager Steve Housham felt several of his players underperformed in their 5-0 FA Cup defeat by AFC Telford United.

Courtney Pitt and Chris Sharpe each scored twice and Shane Killock was also on target as the Blue Square Bet Premier club brushed Trinity aside.

"No excuses, we were poor," Housham told BBC Lincolnshire. "Too many experienced players were missing today.

"Our main aim is the league and we've not lost points but the dream is over."
