Rochdale sign Blackpool striker Brett Ormerod

Ormerod has scored once in eight starts for Blackpool this year

Rochdale have completed the signing of Blackpool striker Brett Ormerod on a month-long loan deal.

The 35-year-old joins team-mate Daniel Bogdanovic at Spotland and is the fourth signing this week since Chris Beech took temporary charge.

He joins a side currently lying 23rd in League One, two points from safety in the relegation zone.

Ormerod has made 11 appearances for the Seasiders this season, after signing a new one-year contract last summer.
