Watford have increased their attacking options by signing striker Alex Geijo on a season-long loan from Udinese.
The 29-year-old, who was born in Switzerland, is the club's eighth new face since it was taken over by the Pozzo family.
And he is the sixth to arrive on loan from either Udinese or Spanish side Granada, also owned by the Pozzos.
"I'm excited to come here, and to be working with someone like Gianfranco Zola is great for me," said Geijo.
"He was a very good player and now he's my coach I want to do what he asks and to impress him where I can."
He continued: "I don't know too much about English football other than, like Spain and Italy, the quality is high and it is full of strong players."
Geijo has been on loan at Granada for the last two seasons, scoring 26 goals in 60 appearances.
The six-footer began his career in Switzerland with Neuchatel Xamax but then chose to move to Spain, the homeland of his parents.
Spells with Malaga, Jerez, Levante and Racing Santander followed before he headed for Udinese in 2010.
He was loaned to Granada after only a handful of appearances in Italy and helped them win promotion to the top flight of Spanish football in the 2010-11 season.
