Grouville beat St Brelade 2-1 in Wheway Cup

Grouville progressed to the second round of the Wheway Cup with a 2-1 win over St Brelade at Springfield.

Ryan Duerand opened the scoring for Grouville in the third minute before Kyle Hampshire pulled one back for St Brelade 10 minutes later.

Danny Tostevin got the winner on 20 minutes after Saints 'keeper Jonny Willows failed to deal with a cross allowing the striker to nod home.

Grouville will take on Jersey Scottish in the next round on 4 December.
