Queen of the South 2-1 Arbroath (aet)

Queen of the South progressed to the final of the Ramsdens Cup after overcoming Arbroath in extra-time.

Derek Young's left-foot strike put Queens ahead after nine mintues but Alex Keddie headed Arbroath level 13 minutes into the second half.

Neither side could find a winner in regulation time.

But Ryan McGuffie, who scored the winning penalty in the shoot-out quarter-final victory against Rangers, struck to once again be Queens' hero.

Allan Johnston's side will meet fellow finalists Partick Thistle in April.
